IV services may be provided by experienced registered nurses or advanced practice providers. RN visits always include provider oversight.

Most common illnesses are expertly handled by our APPs. If you have a complex medical history or prefer a physician's expertise, you can select the physician upgrade.

What wounds can you repair?

We treat simple lacerations on extremities and torso. Complex wounds involving tendons, arteries, or sensitive facial areas typically require emergency care.

Do you sign school forms?

Yes. Our providers can sign standard State of Illinois school health forms and IHSA sports participation forms.

What injuries can you treat?

We evaluate sprains, strains, minor fractures, dislocations, and other musculoskeletal injuries. If emergency surgery is needed, we'll coordinate urgent transfer.

We assess acute musculoskeletal injuries to determine if a fracture is present and provide immediate stabilization.

What We Treat

Sprains: Ankle, wrist, knee, and finger sprains.

Strains: Pulled muscles and soft tissue injuries.

Fractures: Assessment and splinting of non-displaced fractures.

Dislocations: Reduction of Nursemaid's elbow in children.

What We Do Not Treat

Compound fractures (bone breaking through skin).

Major dislocations (shoulder, hip).

Ortho Assessment (APP): $600

Physician Upgrade: +$200

Pricing Policy

Inclusions: Price includes provider travel, assessment, medications, and 45 minutes of in-person care.

Family Discount: 50% OFF for each additional family member seen during the same visit.

Extended Time: Additional time beyond 45 mins is billed in 15-min increments (RN: $75/hr, APP: $125/hr, MD: $450/hr).

Can you do an X-ray at home?

We perform clinical assessments and apply splints. If an X-ray is required, we facilitate a direct referral to a partner imaging center to bypass the ER wait.
