How In-Home Urgent Care Works
Conciurgent Care offers a simple and transparent way to receive urgent medical care at home across Chicago and the North Shore.
Step 1 — Book Online
Patients request a visit online by selecting the service, preferred time, and location. Pricing is displayed before booking so there are no surprises.
Step 2 — Clinical Triage
A licensed clinician contacts you immediately to confirm symptoms, ensure in-home care is appropriate, and answer any initial questions.
Step 3 — Provider Visit
A credentialed emergency-medicine trained provider arrives at your home, office, or hotel with all necessary equipment, testing supplies, and medications.
Step 4 — On-Site Care
Evaluation, testing, and treatment are completed on-site. We provide a clear care plan, handle prescriptions, and provide discharge instructions.
Pricing & Payment
- Visits start at $350
- We do not accept insurance, but we do accept HSA/FSA cards.
- Detailed Superbills provided for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Pricing Policy & Inclusions
What's Included
Prices cover the entirety of the service: provider travel, in-home assessment, medications, and 45 minutes of in-person care.
Family Discount
Need care for the whole house? Each additional family member seen during the same visit receives 50% OFF their visit fee.
Extended Time
Time beyond 45 minutes is billed in 15-min increments:
RN: $75/hr | APP: $125/hr | MD: $450/hr
Add-Ons
Additional medications or fluids can be requested on-site. Ask your provider for details.

Do you serve Chicago neighborhoods?
Yes. We serve several northern Chicago neighborhoods (Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Uptown, Ravenswood) as well as the North Shore suburbs.
Is this concierge medicine?
No. Conciurgent Care provides urgent care, not primary or concierge medical services. You do not need a membership or a subscription to book a visit.
