Sports Injury Care at Home
Your Athlete Deserves Expert Care — Without the ER Wait
Your kid just went down on the field. Your stomach drops. You’re already thinking: ER? Urgent care? Wait it out? We get it — because we’re parents too. Our board-certified orthopedic specialist comes to your home the same day to evaluate, treat, and build a recovery plan so your athlete can get back to what they love, safely.
Built for Sports Parents
We know the drill. The Saturday morning game, the Wednesday night practice that ends with an ice pack. You shouldn’t have to spend your evening in an ER waiting room just to find out if it’s a sprain or a break. We bring the specialist to you — at home, after the game, on your schedule.

Your athlete gets hurt at practice, a game, or at home.

Same-day or next-day evaluation at your home — no ER wait, no urgent care lines.

Our orthopedic specialist examines the injury, provides treatment, and creates a personalized plan.
Team Coordination
We communicate directly with the coach, athletic trainer, and school nurse to align on return-to-play.
Recovery Tracking
Follow-up visits at home to monitor healing and adjust the plan as your athlete progresses.
When to Head Straight to the ER
Most sports injuries can be safely evaluated and treated at home. But some situations need emergency care right away:
- Obvious deformity (bone visibly out of place)
- Loss of consciousness or repeated vomiting after a head impact
- Inability to bear any weight combined with severe swelling
- Numbness, tingling, or loss of circulation in the injured limb
- Open wound with bone visible
When in doubt, call 911 or go to the nearest ER. We’d rather you be safe than sorry — that’s the Conci way.
